All you need to do is just do the following:

If you have UAC turned on, kindly turn it off.

For Windows User:

1. Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\
2. Open hosts file with notepad.exe
3. Add the following: 203.106.85.66 www.facebook.com
4. Save.

• Your hosts file should look like this:

# This is a sample HOSTS file used by Microsoft TCP/IP for Windows.

If you are getting errors…!!!

Error message 1

Access to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\ hosts was denied

Error message 2

Cannot create the C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts file.
Make sure that the path and file name are correct.

Cara untuk menyelesaikannya adalah:

Klik Start, klik All Programs, klik Accessories, right-click Notepad, and lepastu klik Run as administrator. 

Note:
If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Allow or Yes.

Bukak fail Host atau fail Lmhosts, buat perubahan yang diperlukan, kemudian klik Savepada menu Edit. Jika anda menggunakan Windows 7, korang akan perlu klik untuk Savepada menu File.
